A candid look at what went wrong during my brief time with this company in Mobile, Alabama.
ADA Regulations Followed? No... Safe Security Practices? No...
What happened: This is my opinion based on what happened with me with this particular company for exactly one day. I can't recommend it in good conscience. This was for the Mobile Alabama Location.
A. Username and Passwords are written down and shared, instead of security being held tightly, They write them down for everyone to have easy access too.
B. Manager, Using TikTok or some form of media during the entire training process.
C. ADA Compliant? Probably not, Was lectured because I had to request an ADA compliance measurement. I resigned due to that reason.
D. Capable of Hiring within a Timely process? Not, from my understanding it took roughly 3 - 4 weeks for them to process proper paperwork.
E. Customer personal data protected? Nope, apparently it's left all out for the public to see.
D. It's a job, I guess, but don't expect for the manager to be on time or to leave on time.
Perhaps, this is just a little perhaps now, make sure that ADA regulations are followed and INSURE that customer data is retained in a safe manner, as well as insure that passwords and usernames aren't encouraged to be shared betwixt employees and management. This is bad practice.
